The A.S.A.P. management team focuses on consistently delivering security services that align with the requirements, expectations, mission, and values of its customers and partners.
The team is structured is to ensure that each client receives an appropriate level of response and attention. Account managers are the direct link between the site being serviced and A.S.A.P. personnel. They select the personnel for each site, set up their assignments, and make sure that they receive site orientation and ongoing training. Account managers are also empowered to make the day-to-day decisions at the core of the successful partnerships between A.S.A.P. and its clients.
Regional and executive managers routinely visit client locations to elicit feedback on performance. In collaboration with the client, they can design strategic security solutions targeted to a specific business or geographic area.

Todd E. Cooper

President
Mr. Cooper brings extensive service industry executive leadership to A.S.A.P. Secured. With more than twenty years of experience dedicated to building business teams and delivering superior customer service, his focus today is on strategic corporate development and expansion. Mr. Cooper joined A.S.A.P. in 2009, following numerous senior leadership assignments in the contract security industry. He has been responsible for the overall management and leadership of a regional division that provided more than 40,000 weekly hours of security personnel coverage. This volume of protection spanned numerous types of facilities, including educational, corporate headquarters, manufacturing, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, retail, and logistics. Mr. Cooper was also accountable for all support aspects of an assignment, including mobile security operations, recruitment, training and development, account management, scheduling and field operations, and specialized corporate services, as well as residential and executive systems and services. Before entering the security field, Mr. Cooper held senior sales and operational leadership positions in the staffing industry with responsibility for an expansive geographic region.

Robert G. Garland

Vice President
Mr. Garland began his career as an account executive in the data and security division of AT&T Canada, were he consulted on communication infrastructure with executives at Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he transitioned into the insurance industry, managing the marketing and sales departments of two insurance investigation firms. In 2004, Mr. Garland was brought into the A.S.A.P. organization as the director of sales and operations, and he has been instrumental in the over-all company growth. As vice president of A.S.A.P., he has gained extensive experience in the security and investigation field, conducting and attending many seminars on scene security, fire investigation, property loss, and the legal issues that pertain to continuity of evidence.
 
David Mattice

Director of Business Development
Mr. Mattice brings a wealth of security industry knowledge and relationship management skills, amassed over an impeccable 20-year career. Prior to ASAP, he held executive positions with other leading Canadian-based security providers. Within those firms, his dedication to providing superior client focus and attention resulted in high levels of satisfaction and business retention. Mr. Mattice joined ASAP in 2010 in the capacity of Director of Business Development, based in Milton, Ontario. In this role Mr. Mattice is responsible for sales and business development throughout Ontario.
