Legal System and Authorities

Security personnel all need to be familiar with the Canadian Court System, the Provincial Evidence Acts, and the Canadian Evidence Act as well as how they all relate to the role of a security or emergency professional. Our instruction covers these topics while underscoring their importance and related implications. Our personnel learn their rights and limitations when performing their duties. Additionally, they receive training on other pertinent legislation such as Employment Standards, the Criminal Code of Canada, and Tort Law.
