The S.C.O.R.E. Program

The ASAP management team is pleased to utilize SCORE — a performance management program designed to monitor, measure and reward performance quality using objective and quantifiable data. It's a powerful system that allows us to be fully accountable to you in delivering return on invesment (ROI) for the dollars you spend.

Our SCORE program monitors and measures on-the-job performance and service delivery in five essential categories:

• Personnel selection, development and retention
• Management support — site visitations and coaching
• Site operation and supervision
• Documentation — including reporting and invoicing
• Customer service satisfaction

For each of the categories, we partner to establish a defined scoring system that can be easily completed and reviewed on a regular basis.
