The Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 and Code of Conduct

In this section, employees become familiar with and aware of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, to ensure that they follow its regulations and prohibitions. The authority to act as a security guard is covered as are the consequences for non-compliance and procedures for filing public complaints. Employees are also provided with a detailed review of the Ministry Code of Conduct.
