Classroom and Field Training
Following the detailed and thorough process of employee recruitment, selection, training and placement comes the stage of ultimate importance to our clients - the Site Specific orientation and training. Out in the field "where the rubber hits the road", A.S.A.P. security professionals are provided with the time and tools to ensure both them and our clients are being set up for initial and ongoing success. The actual time and duration of the orientation and training sessions will vary depending on the size and scope of the property or facility to which they are assigned to and the extent or size of the security team. We truly appreciate and value that this stage is the ultimate test for our security personnel.
Advanced Security and Performance Development
The Advanced Security and Performance Development (ASAP-D) program focuses on continuously developing an employee’s skills and knowledge. After an employee has successfully completed the SGBT and the ISST, he or she is enrolled in the advanced courses. A detailed performance evaluation is conducted on each employee after thirty days and sixty days, and then quarterly thereafter. The purpose of the evaluations is to underscore A.S.A.P.’s commitment to the continuous improvement of its employees, and to provide them with the tools for ongoing success.
