Personnel can be on the scene usually within two hours. This fast response is critical since the fire services or the office fire marshal can release the site with little or no notice.

On site, A.S.A.P. Emergency Specialists provide 24-hour communication with the client. Specialists are equipped with a cellular phone. At times, they also carry a personal digital assistant (such as a Blackberry) so they can transmit reports, and other information electronically.

The specialists fully document the incident and are authorized to act on the client’s behalf. A detailed report is prepared after the assignment is completed, and the original log notes are filed so they can be retrieved for any future court proceedings.
