Motivated People
To join the A.S.A.P. team, we seek individuals who possess the values and character traits that align with our company's culture. Our management team firmly believes that both internal and external motivators energize behaviour and are the source of all positive action. They stimulate desire and energy, which enables individuals to be continually interested in and committed to a job, role, or subject and to exert persistent effort in attaining a goal. Motivation is a three-way proposition in our organization: our management team, our employees, and our client-partners must all be motivated to achieve the same end—top quality asset protection.
A.S.A.P. has instituted comprehensive systems in the workplace to help motivate employees. Compensation systems, employee performance systems, and organizational policies and procedures underscore and support employee motivation. These systems and structures help ensure a clear understanding of expectations from employees as well as the equitable treatment of all.
