Securing the Scene

Once on the scene, A.S.A.P. Emergency Specialists first identify themselves to insurance adjusters, police officers, and the fire marshal. They conduct a perimeter check and record all potential safety hazards and exposed liabilities.

Most importantly, they establish a single access point. This tactic protects the site against contamination, thereby preserving evidence, and allows the specialists to document all individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the scene.

Public safety supersedes all other concerns at the scene of a disaster or fire. Ensuring the safety of emergency crews, and bystanders…especially children…can limit a client’s exposure to further losses.
A.S.A.P. Emergency Specialists know the risks, and they take responsibility for implementing the necessary precautions.
