A.S.A.P.'s employees are truly the company’s most valuable asset and resource. As each individual strengthens and expands his or her knowledge and capabilities, the company as a whole becomes a stronger security partner. A.S.A.P. established the A.S.A.P. Academy to ensure that all employees are committed to continuous improvement and advancement. Through the A.S.A.P. Academy, all personnel are educated to perform and motivated to deliver each and every day.

The A.S.A.P. Academy curriculum is comprised of multiple parts:

Once hired, all A.S.A.P. personnel are registered into the company's modular online training curriculum. Module One, Security Guard Basic Training (SGBT), must be completed within the initial four weeks of employment. Module Two, Insurance Scene Security Training (ISST), is designed specifically for those employees who will be covering sites affected by a major loss or calamity; this module must also be completed within the initial four weeks of employment. These core programs encompass the full range of duties, obligations, and expectations of professional security and emergency personnel.
