The ASAP management team focuses on consistently delivering security services that align with the requirements, expectations, mission, and values of its customers and partners. The team is structured is to ensure that each client receives an appropriate level of response and attention. Account managers are the direct link between the site being serviced and ASAP personnel. They select the personnel for each site, set up their assignments, and make sure that they receive site orientation and ongoing training. Account managers are also empowered to make the day-to-day decisions at the core of the successful partnerships between ASAP and its clients. Regional and executive managers routinely visit client locations to elicit feedback on performance. In collaboration with the client, they can design strategic security solutions targeted to a specific business or geographic area.
Han Koren, President
Mr. Koren is an accomplished executive with more than eighteen years experience in the business to business service industry. His focus is on delivering excellent service to his customers and strategy development to further grow the business. Before joining ASAP Secured Mr. Koren worked for several global logistic service providers, focusing on strategy execution and continuous improvement. The last eight years he worked for a service provider in cash logistics where security, sound procedures and optimal employee training are key business requirements. In this role Mr. Koren was responsible for the entire Canadian operation, carried out from over twenty branches and several head office departments. Mr. Koren was responsible for the design build of three new facilities and security upgrades to many others. He also provided valuable consultancy services to several key customers. Mr. Koren holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA. Areas of expertise include Crisis Management, Project Management, Team Building and Performance Management.
Stephen Anderson, SVP Corporate Relations
Mr. Anderson has developed a unique knowledge base in security management. Prior to joining ASAP, he worked as a security advisor for a major building developer, coordinating security and public access at high-rise buildings in Toronto. While managing an airport hotel staff of thirty, Mr. Anderson interacted with federal authorities on many security-related investigations. He had full airport security clearance with the RCMP in this role. Mr. Anderson was project manager for the construction and design of AFIMAC’s headquarters in Milton, Ontario, which is equipped with state-of-the-art security. He is also involved in the technical monitoring of internal and external threats for corporations via Internet. He is a member of ASIS International, the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Human Resource Professionals Association of Ontario and its Manitoba counterpart, and the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada.
Rosanne D’Amico, Director Of Customer Solutions
Rosanne D’Amico is a security professional with over fourteen years of experience in the field. She has successfully managed key accounts, cultivated excellent relations with clients and delivered strong security programs. Ms. D’Amico’s career began in retail investigations and grew into account management, thereafter leading into strategic initiatives and business development. Her focus on developing, utilizing best practices and ensuring operational excellence has led her to excel as an industry leader in the areas of contract compliance and proven key performance measurements. Her expertise in operations, business development and defining requirements allows her to identify vertical market trends and customize programs that foster long-term relationships with her clients.
Christopher McClelland, North American Security Specialist
A great career track record in sales and service has prepared Christopher for his role as ASAP Customer Relationship Manager. Prior to joining ASAP Chris held a similar role with ISB Canada, working closely with many of North America’s leading corporations as a single-source provider of documents and information. Before ISB, he taught adults with special needs, helped provide visible and active community opportunities for them and assisted in the creation of programs designed to help these individuals develop important everyday life skills. Prior to that, Christopher managed the express services division in the automotive industry. As a dealership manager, he was responsible for sales and marketing activities as well as daily business management and administration. Christopher holds a BA in English and History from Lakehead University.
Sonia Perhar, Human Resources Manager
Sonia Perhar joined ASAP Secured in 2017 with over 8 years of proven expertise in Human Resource management, pension and benefits, recruitment, training and development, employee relations and employment law. Sonia is a strategy architect in the development of innovative HR initiatives to streamline processes and capitalize on organizational growth opportunities. A creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who effectively balances the needs of employees with the mission of the organization. Prior to joining Dalton Group, Sonia held HR positions with LSG Group, City of Mississauga and Entertainment One.
Louis-Philippe Bourdon, Director of Operations (Eastern Region)
Louis-Philippe Bourdon has been in the security industry for the past 14 years. He has built his expertise in the corporate field with a major telecommunication provider in Canada. He had the opportunity to manage a variety of security programs, including executive protection, special event security, physical security, guard force management, and fraud prevention. In these roles, he participated in the planning and logistics of the emergency response and security for major events such as the London and Vancouver Olympics, the G20 Summit in Toronto. He has also been involved with numerous law enforcement operations and investigations and participated in many security operations in the field, as a team member, a detail team leader and a consultant. Louis-Philippe is a Certified Personal Protection Specialist with the Executive Protection Institute in Virginia, USA, a Certified Close Protection Officer in Quebec, and has studied various security topics including interview techniques, retail loss prevention, cybercrime, and critical infrastructures protection.
Maninder Gill, Director of Operations, Pacific Region
Maninder Gill manages the operations and development in British Columbia. Prior to joining ASAP Secured, Maninder was Operations Manager with Best Buy Canada, where he not only managed operations but also oversaw product processing, loss prevention and retail sales. Mr. Gill also held a senior management position with Canada’s largest airport security firm at the Vancouver International Airport. In this role, Maninder was responsible for handling the day-to-day screening operations and managing a team of 900 employees as well as liaising with various stakeholders and government agencies. Mr. Gill was trusted with a federal secret level government clearance. During this tenure, Maninder managed the RCMP’s ISU Vancouver 2010 Olympics National Broadcast Corporations security event contract.
Jason Stokes, Senior Operations Manager
Jason Stokes is a seasoned Security Manager with over 15 years of career experience in the security industry. Mr. Stokes has a vast knowledge of various security facets including security operations, static and retail security. Before joining ASAP Secured, Jason had a successful career in the real estate security industry and supervised security operations in one of the most travelled malls in Canada. He has also managed the security operations for a large distinguished business community with responsibilities that included recruitment, training, and day-to-day operations.
