Friends and Family Referral Program


A.S.A.P. Secured Inc. is always looking for great people, and you can help. We know tomorrow’s security leaders are out there! We want to work with you to provide innovative solutions and create safer environments.

The A.S.A.P. team values our employees and we know that hires that come into our organization through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with us longer and become valuable assets. If you know someone whom you believe would be a great addition to the A.S.A.P. team and they meet the qualifications for an existing open requisition, you could receive a $200 gift card if they get hired.

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. To refer a potential employee, please complete the Candidate Referral Form, and copy and paste the prospective candidate’s resume in the box provided.
  2. The referred employee must be hired within three months of the initial referral date and complete a minimum of 200 hours with a positive performance evaluation.
  3. Former employees are not eligible candidates for a referral.
  4. To qualify for a $200 gift card, you must be an hourly employee and active in our system. All salary employees are exempt from participating.
  5. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for gift payment.

All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with A.S.A.P. Secured Inc. policies and procedures, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

Secured Inc. does not guarantee that every referred candidate will be hired and information regarding why the applicant was not eligible for the position is confidential. Friends and Family Referral Program is open to current A.S.A.P. Secured Inc. employees only. There is no limit to how many potential candidates an employee can refer. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you can only use (1) email address to enter the program. The employee has the right to withdraw their employee referral at any given time. A.S.A.P. Secured Inc. has the right to pursue the candidate and deem them qualified/not qualified for the role.
